(천제연폭포, 중문색달해변 등. 맛집은 알아보심 많이 나옴) -무료키즈카페 -룸클리닝 서비스 매일해줌, 서비스 요청시 응대 빠름 -프링글스, 맥주, 음료 있는 무료 미니바가 매일 채워짐(예약 옵션에 따라 다를 수 있음) -호텔내 편의점, 식당 있음. 가격 괨츈 -멋진 로비와 연식이 있어도 멋진 호텔인테리어 및 시설 -1층 젖병소독기, 전자레인지 있음. 딱 한곳에만 있어 장점이자 단점임. 단점 -걸어서 갈만한곳 없음 -주차장에서 객실까지 동선이 꽤 김 -친절도가 직원에 따라 많이 다름, 그대들이 호텔의 얼굴임을 기억해줘.. -수영장 6월초 기준 야외풀은 하나만 개장, 그럼에도 야외실내 썬베드수 부족 -아기의자없음 결론 -4박 5일 지내다보니 단점인 부분은 적응이 됐음. 수건이 매일 부족한 나는 제주감성 펜션도 좋지만 결국 호텔이 제일 편하고 서귀포쪽 이용하면 익숙하고 가성비 좋아 또 이용할거 같음.

기존 리조트를 리모델링하고 1년 정도 되어 컨디션이 전반적으로 괜찮습니다. 1층에 편의점과 식당, 카페 등 편의시설이 있고 호텔동에는 각 층마다 공용취사실이라고 해서 전자렌지, 냉장고, 하이라이트가 있습니다. 주변 번화가, 관광지와는 약간 떨어져 있어 렌트를 하면 더 편하게 머무를 수 있습니다. 다음에 협재쪽으로 여행오면 또 이용할 것 같습니다.

제주도올때마다 눈여겨보던곳이였는데 이번에 처음으로 2박묵었습니다! 방2개 화장실두개여서 세가족이 편하게 사용했습니다 위치도 해수욕장가깝고 주변에 늦게까지 하는 음식점이 많아서 맘편하게 먹고놀고한거같애요 클린룸으로 했는데 아이랑 갈땐 취사되는곳으로해야겠어요 젓가락숟가락도 없어서 다구매해야됬고 그점빼곤 다너무좋았어용

제주 롯데는 2번째 방문인데 저희 둘째 2돌 기념 및 예쁜거 좋아하는 첫째를 위해 키티방으로 예약했습니다. 4F에 위치한 키티룸은 엘리베이터 내리자마자 카펫부터 키티로 깔려져 있고 키티인형과 액자들이 걸려져 있어 여자아이들에겐 공주님이 된 기분이 들겠더라구요❤️ 또 키즈월드도 같은 층에 있어 잠깐 놀고 나가기도 너무 좋았습니다. 어메니티도 키즈룸이여서 키즈 워시,샴푸 올인원으로 갖춰져 있어 집에서 열심히 담아온 키즈 워시,샴푸는 고대로 들고 나왔네요~ 수요일만 제외하고는 야외 수영장에서 노래도 불러 주셔서 수영을 안하더라도 방에서 창문열고 듣기 너무 좋았답니다. 아이들의 환호와 즐거운 음악이 힐링아니겠습니까🥳

🌴 제주 여행 중 묵은 하모니리조트! 생각보다 훨씬 만족스러웠어요 😊 작은 규모의 리조트라 사람이 북적이지 않고 조용해서 가족끼리 오붓하게 쉬기 정말 좋았습니다. 대형 리조트처럼 정신없지 않아서 여유롭게 휴식을 즐길 수 있었고, 곳곳에 야자수와 푸른 식물들이 잘 가꿔져 있어 마치 해외 휴양지에 온 듯한 분위기도 느껴졌어요. 🌺🌴 객실도 넓고 쾌적해서 답답함이 전혀 없었고, 짐을 펼쳐 놓고 지내기에도 충분했습니다. 창밖 풍경도 좋고 전체적으로 편안한 분위기라 여행 중 피로를 풀기에 딱이었어요. 아이와 함께 머물기에도 부족함이 없었습니다. 무엇보다 수영장이 정말 만족스러웠는데요! 🏊♀️ 물이 미온수라 아이가 추워하지 않고 오래 놀 수 있었고, 수영장 규모도 적당해서 가족끼리 즐기기에 좋았습니다. 사람이 많지 않아 여유롭게 물놀이할 수 있었던 점도 큰 장점이었어요. 또 리조트 조경 관리가 정말 잘 되어 있어서 아침저녁으로 산책하며 둘러보는 재미가 있었습니다. 🌿 예쁜 꽃과 나무들이 잘 가꿔져 있어 사진 찍기에도 좋고, 걷기만 해도 힐링되는 느낌이었어요. 조용한 휴식과 가족 여행을 원하시는 분들께 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 다음에 제주에 오게 된다면 다시 방문하고 싶어요. ❤️
