친구와 처음 부산 여행을 왔는데, 둘 다 숙소에 오래 머무는 스타일이 아니라 가성비를 가장 중요하게 생각했습니다. 그런 점에서 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였어요! 장점 1. 방 상태가 생각보다 좋았습니다. 새로 오픈한 곳인지 전체적으로 깔끔하게, 일찍 나가서 늦게 들어와 잠만 자는 여행객들에게 추천함. 2. 서면역 근처라 위치가 정말 좋음. 부산 어디를 가든 이동하기 편하고 숙소도 쉽게 찾을 수 있음. 3. 어메니티가 잘 갖춰져 있어서 따로 챙길 것이 많지 않아 편함. 4. 1층에는 짐 보관 공간이 있고, 지하에는 얼음과 컵이 준비되어 있어 이용하기 좋음. 아쉬운 점 1. 화장실이 조금 작은 편이다. 샤워 공간이 넓지 않아 샤워할 때 샤워호스를 손으로 잡고 해야 함. 샤워할 때 변기 쪽이 젖지만 변기 뚜껑을 닫으면 크게 상관 없음. 2. 엘리베이터가 없음ㅠㅠ. 특히 2층 침대 객실은 4,5층에 위치해 있어 짐이 많은 분들은 조금 힘들 수 있음. 다행히 저희는 짐이 많지 않아 그나마 괜찮음. 3. 방음이 완벽한 편은 아니지만, 그렇다고 소음이 심하게 들리지는 않음. 4. 골목 안에 위치해 있어 주변에 담배꽁초나 쓰레기가 조금 쌓임. 쓰레기 분리수거 방법을 조금 더 자세하게 나누거나 안내되어 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 전체적으로 친구들끼리의 여행이나 비즈니스 출장처럼 숙소에서 보내는 시간이 많지 않은 분들에게 잘 맞는 숙소라고 생각합니다. 위치와 가격을 고려하면 만족스러웠고, 다음에 부산에 오게 된다면 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다!

5성급이니만큼 다들 너무 친절하셨어요. 주차할때가 문제였는데 백화점이랑 구분없이 주차하다보니 주차하는데 시간이 너무 오래걸려서 피곤했어요ㅠ 클럽라운지는 칵테일 시간이 제일 만족스러웠습니다. 좀 더 즐길걸 아쉽네요. 수영장은 실외는 바람이 너무 차가워서 추웠어요. 실내에 따뜻한 물은 수모없이도 사용가능해서 좋았습니다. 실외수영장 구석에 사우나도 있다고 하네요. 날씨가 추워서 다음날에도 연결되어있는 백화점 구경하고 했는데 주차 체크아웃 날 자정까지만 빼면되서 좋았어요.

최근 오픈한 호텔이라 깨끗 호텔보단 레지던스, 오피스텔 느낌이 강함 내부에 설치된 세탁기와 넓은 붙박이장, 큰 냉장고는 장기숙박객에게 유용할듯 티비는 좀 작아서 보기 불편 그래도 도심한복판 넓은 주차공간도 큰 강점! 여긴 이색적이게 방키를 모바일키로 받을 수 있는데 이게 편하면서도 동시에 불편함 그래도 방키분실 걱정 ㄴㄴ 체크아웃도 주차등록도 모바일에서 전부ㅇㅋ 서면여행을 계획한다면 위치가 깡패 바로 근처에 삼정타워가 있고 조금만 걸으면 전포카페 거리도 한 번에 OK 부전시장과 서면시장도 걷기는 애매하지만 차량으로 가긴 무척 가까워서 둘러보기 좋음 조식은 현재는 무료 제공 중이라 이용했는데 일단 조식당이 29층이라 도심 뷰가 좋음 가짓 수가 많진 않아도 샐러드, 빵, 커피, 주스, 등이 있어 안먹고 가면 섭섭할듯 개인적으론 만족 추후 서면여행을 또 계획한다면 이용 의사 있음

8개월 된 아기와 함께 다녀왔는데 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 숙소 컨디션이 깔끔하고 수영장과 부대시설도 잘 갖춰져 있어 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 아기용품을 대여해주셔서 짐이 줄어 훨씬 수월하게 여행할 수 있었고, 직원분들도 친절해 기분 좋게 머물 수 있었습니다. 특히 호텔이 롯데백화점과 연결되어 있어 외부로 나가지 않아도 쇼핑과 식사가 가능했던 점이 큰 장점이었습니다. 호텔 내 아기와 함께 놀 수 있는 공간이 따로 마련되어 있지 않아 아쉬웠지만, 백화점과 연결되어 있어서 아기랑 구경하고 즐길 수 있어 충분히 보완되었습니다.

엘시티 가장 낮은평수 50평대 1박했고 미포항뷰 입니다. 해운대뷰면 더 예쁘겟다싶지만 비가 많이 와서 야경 의미가 크게 없었어요~ 식기류 있어 포장해온 음식 데워먹기 좋구 주방 세제, 행주, 수세미 있었어요. 건조기&세탁기 있는데 세제없으니 개별 세제 들고오면 되구요. 화장실에 어메니티 디스펜서 하나 떨어져있어서 연락하니 직원분 오셔서 처리해주셨습니다. (다만 체크인시간이라 그런지 프론트 연결 늦었어요ㅠ) 개별 방마다 시스템 에어컨 설치되어잇어요. (지저분함은 인본눈 해야함) 엘시티는 처음 왔는데 입주민도 살고 있고? 레지던스 운영도 몇개 회사가 하는거더라구요. 프론트는 지하4층이고 로비는 3층이고~ 출구가 여러개라 어른들은 헷갈리겠다 싶었어요. 다인원 가기에 딱 좋은것 같아요!

부산 서면 아르반 호텔에서 1박 머물렀습니다. 결론부터 말하면 편안함을 최우선으로 생각하는 분들께 정말 추천드리고 싶습니다. 우선 위치가 서면 중심지라 교통이나 주변 편의시설 이용이 편리했지만, 막상 호텔 내부에 들어오면 번잡함은 전혀 느껴지지 않았습니다. 로비부터 깔끔하고 차분한 분위기라 여행의 긴장이 풀리는 느낌이었어요. 객실은 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 침대 매트리스가 적당히 단단하면서도 푹신해서 남편도 저도 꿀잠을 잘 수 있었고, 조명도 은은하게 배치되어 있어 편안한 휴식을 취하기에 좋았습니다. 특히 욕실이 넓고 청결해서 여행 중 피로를 풀기에 최적이었어요. 욕조가 있어서 하루 종일 돌아다닌 후 몸을 담그니 피로가 싹 가셨습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 응대가 자연스러워 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 아르반 호텔은 “편안하게 쉬고 싶다”라는 목적에 딱 맞는 숙소였습니다. 서면에서 맛집이나 쇼핑을 즐기고, 돌아와서 조용히 몸과 마음을 쉬게 하는 공간으로 30대 부부 여행객에게는 최적이라고 생각합니다.

부산 살아서 송정에서 숙박할 일이 없는데 광복절 연휴가 길고, 더우니까 수영장 딸린 호텔에서 놀고 싶어서 예약했어요. 예약 전에 사진만 보고 막상 갔을 때 실망할까봐 마음먹고 갔는데 대박~! 시설 너무 좋고, 일기예보 비라서 프라이빗풀 있는 객실 예약했는데 대만족이요. 침실 창뷰는 산이 보여 숲속에 온 것처럼 편안하고, 객실내 수영장과 거실은 오션뷰라 힐링이에요. 이날 부산에 비가 오고 기온이 갑자기 떨어져서 8월 한여름인데도 야외수영장 이용시 추웠고, 객실 수영장도 약간 춥게 느껴졌어요. 이날의 날씨 특수성을 빼면 호텔 인피니티 수영장도 객실내 수영장도 대만족이에요. 5성급호텔도 여러 번 가봤지만 여기도 좋아서 2박하고 싶다, 집에 가기 싫다 했어요ㅋㅋ 호텔수영장은 체크인 전에 오전 9시부터 이용 가능하고, 탈의실도 바로 앞에 있어요. 침대는 퀸, 킹베드 2개라서 세식구 편하게 잤고, 전체적으로 매우 만족했어요. 호텔 앞 맛집도 많고, 여행객들은 하루 일과를 잘 보내고 피로 풀기도 좋은 듯요. 가족과 친구들에게 사진 보여줬더니 다들 좋아보인다고 다음에 같이 오자고 했어요. 이 호텔 인테리어 설계하신 분 감동이에요. 체크인과 체크아웃때 프론트에 한분만 계시던데 불편함 전혀 없었고, 수영 후에 객실에 준비된 따뜻한 드립커피도 맛있었어요. 저희 가족은 잘 쉬다가 갔어요. 날씨 좋은 날 다시 갈게요. 강추~!^^
