데스크응대 직원분의 친절한 응대속에 입실한 투룸(킹베드1,더블베드1) 객실은 매우 쾌적하고 청결해서 탄성이 절로 나왔고, 각 룸마다 동해와 설악산 모두 보여 시원하여 만족했습니다. 28층 탑 인피니티풀은 따뜻한온수에 물도깨끗해서 두시간 이상 수영할 정도로 좋았습니다. 단, 수영 후 물밖은 추우니 객실 내 샤워가운을 챙겨가시기를 추천합니다. 새벽엔 시어머님과 가족 동계올림픽 스피드스케이팅 계주금메달을 직관 후 환희속에 일출까지 기다렸습니다. 따뜻한 숙소안에서 파란하늘 날씨요정까지 와준 설날 첫해돋이를 테라스에서 구경할 수 있었습니다. 추석에 다시와서 소원빌자는 말까지 나올 정도로 만족했고, 숙소가 뷰,액티비티,천절도 모두 좋았습니다.

전객실 오션뷰라곤 했지만 일부 방들은 건물에 가려져 있어서 탁트인 오션뷰는 아닌듯해요. 뷰가 바다랑 거리감도 있기도 하고 체크인은 생각보다 오래 걸리진 않았는데 좀 어수선 했어요. 수영장은 리뷰대로 작습니다. 그래도 신축이라 방 깨끗한 편이고 가족들끼리 묵기엔 괜찮은 것 같아요. 근방에 해수욕장도 가깝고 식당들도 꽤 있네요. 속초랑도 거리가 멀지 않으니 중앙시장 들리기에도 좋아요.

말많던 첵인과 엘베: 3시에 추가 테이블 펴시고 랩탑으로 빠르게 체크인 해주심. 식음 10프로 할인 쿠폰과 맥주무료쿠폰 주시네요. 엘리베이터는 비수기 평일의 2박이라서 아무 문제가 없었음. 하지만 객실 수에 비해서 분명 엘배갯수 문제 있음. 주차는 매우 널널~ 자쿠지 때문에 이 타입으로 예약했지만, 여름에는 실외기 소리와 먼지로 자쿠지 바로 앞 창문 열 수가 없음. 바다소리 들으며 자쿠지 들어가려면 가을이나 겨울로~ 자쿠지 너머로 바다가 보이기는 함 뷰: 봉포항과 해수욕장이 동시에 보이며 작은 마을또한 보여서 재미있어여. 바다만 똭 보이는 오션뷰 아니지만 전 사람과 동네 보이는 이 뷰가 더 좋아여. 앞은 바다 뒤로 고개 돌리면 설악산 보임. B동보다 A동이 바다 더 많이 보임. 반드시 29층? 수영장 위 라운지 플로어 가서 선셋뷰 즐기시길! 청결: 제가 에어비앤비도 늘 럭스로 다니는 깔끔이인데 괜찮음. 일단 새로운 시설이며 청소 상태도 괜찮음 아이스머쉰없고 정수기도 없는대신 5층 편의점에 다양한 얼음 판매! 편의점이 넓고 취식할 수 있는 테이블과 의자도 많았음. 주변맛집: 어글래패티-수제버거 쉑쉑보다 맛있음/ 엉클피자-90년대 피자헛 스타일로 직접 썬 채소들이 신선해서 좋았고 추억의 맛인데 저렴하면서도 꽤 괜찮았음/ 봉포그밥집-한식부페인데 체크아웃하고 맛집인 것을 발견 ㅠㅠ 다음번에 반드시 갈 것임. 마지막 날도 만석이었음 / 모두 호텔에서 도보 3-10분 거리

막바지 여름휴가
바다 바로 앞이라 아이들 놀기 너무 좋았어요 공사한지 얼마 안되어서 깔끔하고 방음도 좋구요. 어메니티도 좋구 모래도 잘 씻겨 가고요. 5층에 묵었는데 뷰가 예술이었어요. 일출도 침대에서 보고요. 객실이 많지 않아 전체적으로 조용한 분위기에서 휴가를 즐길 수 있어 좋았어요. 한가지 너무 별로였던게 바다에서 숙소 들어올 때 수도가 고장나서 씻지 못하고 들어왔거든요 아무리 해수욕장 폐장해도 바닷가 앞 숙소는 이런거 빨리 수리해주셔야 한다고 봐요. 반대쪽에 ‘호텔 온수 샤워장’이라고 붙여놔서 가서 발씻는데 돈내라해서 얼떨결에 돈 내고 발 씻었네요. 그럴 수 있지만 헷갈리게 현수막 걸어놓고 호텔 바로 옆에서 그런거는 헷갈리고 정말 기분 별로이게 만든거 같아요. 숙소 넘 좋고 다 좋은데 사소한 걸로 기분이 정말 나쁘게 되네요. 조식 한 번 먹는거 추천이요. 두번은 그냥 그래요. 라운지 커피는 그렇게 맛있진 않았어요. 직원분도 좀 별로였어요. 그리고 호텔인데 카페 카운터 관리가 너무 안되더라구요. 끝까지 정리하시고 가셔야 하는데 먼저 퇴근하시고 손님들 먹은거는 그대로 올려져있거… 호텔이란 이름이 붙었는데 그건 좀 아닌듯해요. 프론트 직원분들은 넘 친절해서 고맙습니다

일상이 이럼 좋겠다 싶었던 고성에서의 휴가
고성에 봉포해변 처음 갔는데 조용하고 깨끗하고, 바다도 예쁘고 동네도 깨끗하고 맛집도 많고 무엇보다 윈덤이 있어서 저희는 오는길에 다시 고성여행 잡을정도 였습니다. 첫날 해수욕장에서의 물놀이도 너무 좋았지만 펴고접고가 너무 덥고 힘들잖아요? 그것도 추억이지만... 둘쨋날은 윈덤호텔로 옮겨 제대로 호캉스 즐겼습니다 기대보다 더 좋았던 호캉스였네요 위치도 좋고, 라운지도 좋고 치킨 피자도 맛있고ㅠㅠ 5층 편의점엔 없는게 없네요~ 체크인이 오래걸리긴하지만 저희는 늦게 b동으로 체크인해서 큰 불편함은 없었어요 고성 사랑하게 되었습니다♡

조식을 안먹었기에, 그것은 빼고 단점은 하나였습니다. 엘베가 너무 적어 체크아웃시 큰 문제, 신기한건 주차문제는 없습니다. 직원들서비스는 아주 좋아요. 루프탑도 따뜻한물이 나와서 아이들이 놀기 좋습니다. 빙수도 맛있구요. 그리고 해당 어플로 요청사항 적으시면 전달이 안됩니다. 침대가드를 요청했었는데 전달이 안된다고 하더라구요. 꼭 전화하셔서 부탁하세요. 저희는 상황 말씀드렸더니 가드 하나 설치 해주셨습니다.

소노캄 B동 609 배정 ^^ 숙소는 아늑하고 부모님과 자녀와 함께 쓰기에 충분했어요^^ 그리고 각방마다 그리고 거실에서 보이는 울산바위 뷰는 최고였습니다 카페로카와 엠브로시아, 인피니티풀는 말해뭐합니까 ㅎ 그리고 자녀와 함께할 키즈존이 충분해서 심심할 틈이 없었구요. 6세 아이에겐 오션플레이도 너무 좋았습니다^^ 핫딜 또 한다면 다시 가고 싶네요~~ 벌써 겨울 설경의 델피노 가고싶어집니다 ㅎㅎ
