위치: 제주 중문에 위치하여 관광지로 접근성이 좋다. 산책로가 잘 되어 있다 위생: 정리정돈 잘 된 친정에 온 느낌이 든다. 불필요하지않은 것없이 정갈하고 모든 정리와 청소가 완벽했다. 음식: 조식당에 석식이 정말 맛있었다. 어딜가나 일정 금액 이상하는 제주에서 굳이 차끌고 다시 나갈필요없이, 합리적인 가격에 상당히 괜찮은 수준의 석식이었다. 부모님 모시고 오면 너무 좋아할 곳이라 생각든다. 어디가든 고기는 있으니 힘들게 굽고 지지고 할필요없이 호텔안에서 저녁을 해결하는건 정말 탁월한 선택이었다. 조식 역시 메뉴가 다른 오성급과 남다르게 다채롭고 하나같이 맛이 좋았다. 비수기임에도 음식이 떨어지지않게 적당한 타이밍에 계속 서빙되어 만족한다. 친절도와 서비스 시설: 지역마다 유명한 이름만 들어도아는 호텔이 머물러봤지만, 굳이 거기 가지않아도 될만큼의 서비스와 친절에 만족한다. 제주도에가도 다음에가도 또 갈 곳!

☑️사계절 온수풀 수영장 ☑️풀사이드 공연 (4월 기준 19:10-20:00, 20:20-21:00) ☑️조식을 중식으로 변경 가능 예쁜 수영장이 있어서 낮에도 밤에도 수영하며 놀기 좋고, 온수풀이라 사계절 내내 언제든 방문하기 좋아요. 정돈된 산책로가 있어서 외부로 나가지 않고 호텔 내부에서만 산책해도 충분히 휴가 온 기분이 들어서 편하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 친절한 직원들이 있어서 투숙하다가 필요한 부분들이 생기면 빠르고 친절하게 도와주시고 오래된 편의 제주 호텔이지만 관리가 잘 되어있어서 객실도 전체적으로 깨끗하고 부대시설도 쾌적하게 관리되고있어 호캉스하기 좋은 제주 호텔이에요!

가성비좋고 위치좋은 호텔!

서귀포 월드컵경기장쪽 신시가지로에 위치한 호텔이에요. 친구와 둘이와서 트윈베드룸으로 선택했고요. 서귀포라 이동이 좋았어요. 주차는 기계식주차라 주차장에서 담당직원분이 주차해주십니다. 가성비호텔이라 혹시 시설이 낡지않았을까했는데 시설도 좋았습니다. OTT무료라는데 저는 티비는 켜지도 않은거같아요 ㅎㅎ 기타소음도 없었고 저는 편하게 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 슬리퍼는 1회용이 아니었고, 수건이 낡았다는 점 참고하세요. 서귀포에서 쉬게된다면 재방문의사도 있습니다 ^^

1층에서 짐내려서 로비로 옮겨주셔서 편했고, 체크아웃 후에도 짐옮겨주실때 젖은게 있으니 런드리백도 챙겨 주셔서 외부에 계신 직원들 센스에 감동했습니다. 지하주차장에 주차 후 엘리베이터로 로비에 와서 체크인하고 숙소로 도착했습니다. 로비의 남 직원 분은…체크인시 먼저 상세설명을 해주시는게 아닌 예약하신 내용 문자나 알림가서 상세하게 나와있습니다. 추가 설명필요하실까요? 라고 해서 1차 당황, 그리고 추가 설명시 예약에 음료 3잔 포함에 식음료 할인 10%가능 등의 내용이 포함인데,사람이 2명이라 아메리카노 2잔무료다라고 하신건지… 해당 내용만 전달주셔서 2차 당황했습니다. 그래도 숙소 내부가 넓은편이라 좋았고, 수영장 탈의실이 공사중이라 스파 통해서 가서 스파도 이용가능했습니다 그리고 마고 빵집이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 빵사서 체크아웃하고 근처 바다보며 먹다가 맛있어서 다시 가서 더 사왔습니당 다만 예약할 시 음료가 3잔이라고 음료 메뉴가 커피만 된다고 고지를 하지 않았던 걸로 아는데 아메리카노만 된다고 해서 뭐지?싶었습니다. 빵에 대해서도 친절히 설명해주시고, 추천해주시고, 추가적으로 결제시 할인되는 카드나 내용 결제 전에 미리 안내해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 와인마켓도 부분부분 시중보다 저렴하게 파는 주류가 있어서 확인해보면 좋겠더라구용 그리고 객실에 와인잔이 구비되어있으니 와인구매후 룸에서 마실 수 있게 되어있어서 좋았습니다! (또한 와인마켓에서 와인 구매시 칵테일 바를 제외한 호텔내 다른 식당들에서 콜키지 무료라고 되어있어서 좋았던것같습니다) 다음에 재방문의사 있고, 호텔내 빵집 치고 가격도 괜찮고 맛도 좋아서 또 가고싶습니당🙌🏻
